Quick oatmeal banana smoothie
If your among the busy ones in the morning and don't have time to whip up a healthy breakfast or better yet before exercise,heres a smoothie that you can make in no time plus i'm pretty sure that many of us already have this ingredients on hand..
Ingredients:
- 2 whole Chiquita Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens.

Summer must have - Rosewater facial spray
Other than water and sunscreen for summer,Rosewater is one thing that i have to have(forgot to mention this on my summer makeup routine)i do use it all year round but i do tend to use it more on summer since i have dry skin..I used this before putting moisturizer in the morning and at night and also to set my make-up.Considering i don't used foundation during summer other than bronzer and radiant veil powder,it still will give me that dewy,natural look.
Additionally you can used it by itself as a cooling spray,as i do sometimes...I would rather used this than Mac,UD or the other brand names setting spray for my makeup just the fact that it's more healthy for my skin and very much affordable for my wallet.
